The Loewen team has broad experience in providing comprehensive legal services to national football clubs, including:

• negotiating and drafting agreements between clubs, trainers, players, agents and sports activists, medical staff, as well as transfer and sponsorship agreements
• preparation and negotiation of sponsorship agreements
• developing regulations of sports clubs and regulations and anti-corruption statements
• conducting disciplinary and organizational proceedings before the authorities of Polish and international sports associations such as: PZPN, UEFA CDB / CEDB and Appeals Body, ESA League Commission
• representation of clubs in proceedings before sports arbitration courts, international sports federations and arbitration courts (including CAS)
